Project goals
Royal Arena is known for concerts. Its events team wanted corporate planners to see the building as a venue for their own conferences, dinners and launches too. That meant presenting eight very different spaces, from a private suite for 20 to a main floor for 5,000, in a way that made them easy to compare, and giving every page one obvious next step.
What I built
A dark, stage-lit design that carries the feeling of a show night: big condensed type, full-bleed photography and a single lime accent. Every space has its own card with capacity up front, so planners can shortlist in seconds. A FAQ answers the practical questions about parking, catering and production before anyone has to ask, and each page ends at the same short enquiry form.
The result
Royal Arena now has one home for its event business. Planners can compare every space, check capacity and get practical answers in one place, then enquire without leaving the page, with a named contact on the commercial team rather than a generic inbox.
