Remway’s Write screen: an article brief form beside a Search Console performance chart

Why I built it

Most AI content tools compete on volume. That’s fine until you work in healthcare, where an invented clinician, a made-up statistic or a citation that doesn’t exist is a liability, not just an SEO miss. I built Remway around that constraint. It’s a multi-tenant platform for founders, small teams and businesses in regulated or trust-sensitive niches, with a particular focus on UK medical practices and healthcare providers, and I design, build and run it myself.

What it does

Each client connects Google Search Console, and Remway turns real impressions and queries into topics, with quick wins and content gaps surfaced and bot traffic filtered out. Articles are written for both Google and AI answers, with live scoring for keyphrase use, length, links, meta description and slug, plus FAQ sections with FAQPage schema and author bylines with Person schema. They publish straight to WordPress, Gutenberg or Elementor, into the client’s own categories. A separate LinkedIn engine turns one topic into a series of three, five or seven posts in a founder, data-led or narrative voice, and posts them directly.

Built for trust

The safeguards are the product. At the prompt level, Remway never invents an author or clinician, never fabricates a citation or statistic, and leaves a source out rather than guessing. Articles land as drafts for a person to review instead of publishing themselves. If a client moves domain or host, Remway notices that an article belongs to a different install and offers a fresh publish rather than overwriting someone else’s page. Every client is an isolated tenant on its own subdomain, with its own WordPress, Search Console and LinkedIn connections, brand voice and admins.

In use

NorMed, a paramedic-led triage provider, is the clearest example. In three months with Remway, their clicks rose 110% and impressions 247%, with more than 20 articles live and several ranking on page one for the phrases practice managers search. The platform keeps finding more: in the last 28 days alone it surfaced 108 quick-win keywords for NorMed to write about next.
