MediQConnect

//The brief

MediQConnect is a care navigation provider. A trained team, backed by its own AI call agent, handles incoming patient contacts for healthcare providers and medical schemes and routes each person to the right care first time. After four years working inside the NHS, it needed a website that explains that in plain terms to providers and schemes, and one that can also bring in the call agents it keeps growing with.

//What I built

Three pages in WordPress and Elementor, built from the Figma designs: a home page that opens with the promise, “the front door to healthcare”, and backs it with the numbers buyers look for; a Why Choose Us page showing how the service adapts to each care setting; and a Careers page for hiring remote medical call agents. I built them with a script that turns the designs into Elementor templates, so the whole site can be rebuilt or changed in one place. It uses only free Elementor widgets, has a custom sticky header, and was checked at desktop and 375px mobile widths.

To support hiring, I also designed and animated a short explainer for the Patient Services Coordinator role. It’s made in code with Remotion, with a synthetic voice-over and captions, so a new role or location means changing a line of text and re-rendering, not re-editing a film.

//The result

MediQConnect now has a site that does what its slogan promises. It makes the service easy to understand, shows the scale of its NHS work, and gives candidates a clear place to start, with a ready-made video to share when it recruits.

//Review

Simple to use, which is hard to pull off in healthcare. Patients noticed straight away.
